Director/PDMR Shareholding

Stadium Group Plc (AIM: SDM), a leading electronic technologies group,was notified yesterday that that, on the same day, the following transactions took place:

Stephen Phipson, Chief Executive, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40.63 pence each. As a result of this transaction, Mr Phipson is interested in 80,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.27% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Nick Brayshaw, Chairman, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 42 pence each and 15,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 43 pence each. As a result of this transaction, Mr Brayshaw is interested in 152,727 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.52% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Stadium Group PLC's capital consists of 29,437,398 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
