Director/PDMR Shareholding
Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), a leading UK estate agency business, has received notification that Sharon Pindar, a person closely associated to Chairman Paul Pindar, purchased 53,780 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 18.5p per Share on 17 March 2022. Following this purchase, Paul and Sharon Pindar together hold 11,581,056 Shares representing 3.77% of the total issued share capital.
The Company has also received notification that Elona Mortimer-Zhika, Non-Executive Director, purchased 20,690 Shares at a price of 18.5p per Share on 17 March 2022. Following this purchase, Elona Mortimer-Zhika holds 263,840 Shares representing 0.09% of the total issued share capital.
