Xtract Resources (AIM:XTR) announces that it was today informed that on the same date, Colin Bird, Non-Executive Chairman of Xtract, acquired 3,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.2875p per share.
Following this transaction, Colin Bird is interested in 89,706,897 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.04% of the issued share capital.
