Xaar plc (the "Company")
The Company was today notified that on 17 February 2009 Ramon Borrell, a Director in the Company, transferred 29,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") from his investment account to his SIPP at a price of 60.25p. Following this transfer, Mr Borrell retains the same beneficial holding and is beneficially interested in 69,788 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.11 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
