WH Ireland has received notification that on 6 April 2010 Lord Marland, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 115,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40 pence each. Following this purchase, Lord Marland is interested in 1,307,459 Ordinary Shares representing 6.21 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company (excluding those shares held in treasury).
