Director Share Dealing

The Board of the Company has today been notified that Andrew Salmon, the Chief Operating Officer of the Company, and his wife, have today transferred 46,000 Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC ordinary shares owned by his wife to Andrew Salmon's personal pension at a price of 355p per share.

Following the transfer, the interest of Andrew Salmon (including his wife's holding) remains unchanged at 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
