Director/PDMR Shareholding
Flowgroup plc (AIM: FLOW), which develops and commercialises alternative and efficient energy products for the global market, announces that Henry Cialone, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company that he purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each at 14.2p per share on 17 June 2015.
Following this transaction Henry Cialone now holds 444,692 ordinary shares comprising 0.14% of the issued share capital.
