In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that Nick Stagg, Chief Executive of the Company, hasacquired further ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company.

Mr Stagg acquired 100,000 Ordinary Shares on 13 June 2012 at an average price of 21.724 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Stagg has a notifiable interest in 774,154 Ordinary Shares representing 0.16 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
