The Company has been notified that Cheryl Sussens, the wife of the Non-Executive Director, John Sussens, has today bought 22,000 shares in Admiral Group plc at a price of £13.20.

Following the above transaction, Cheryl Sussens now holds 22,000 ordinary shares in Admiral Group.
