Tawa plc ('the Company') was informed yesterday that David Vaughan, an executive director of Tawa plc, transferred 18,966 ordinary shares in the Company to his wife, Elizabeth Vaughan, yesterday by way of gift transfer. Following the transfer, David Vaughan's beneficial interest in the Company is unchanged at 898,966 ordinary shares representing 0.79% of the Company's issued share capital.
