Director/PDMR Shareholding

S&U were advised today that Mr Anthony Coombs, Chairman of S&U, had on 28th May 2012 transferred 100,000 S&U Ordinary Shares at nil cost to his son Alexander Coombs and on the 30th May 2012 transferred 200,000 S&U Ordinary Shares at nil cost to his wife, Mrs Andrea Coombs.

Following these transactions, the beneficial holdings of Anthony Coombs remain unchanged at 727,330 Ordinary Shares representing 6.2% of the total voting rights of the Company.
