Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that Mr Julian Howard Wassell, Chief Executive of the Company has today exercised 80,000 EMI share options (granted to him on 30 September 2010) at an exercise price of 45.5 pence per ordinary share of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following this transaction, Mr Wassell's interest in the Company is 95,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.75% of the Company's issued share capital.
