The Company announces that Mr. Grant Button, a Director of the Company, informed the Company on 3 March 2014 that he had purchased ordinary shares in the Company on Friday 28 February 2014.

Mr. Button purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 7.25 pence. 

Following this transaction, Mr Button will hold a total of 325,000 shares in Sylvania.
