Director/PDMR Shareholding

Europa Oil and Gas (Holdings) plc ("Europa" or "the Company") received notification today that William Ahlefeldt-Laurvig (non-executive director of Europa) has purchased a total of 250,000 ordinary shares of the Company in two tranches, being 100,000 shares purchased on 5 May 2011 at 20 per share and 150,000 shares purchased today at 19.34p per share.

Mr Ahlefeldt-Laurvig is consequently interested in 25,252,442 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 22.2% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
