Director/PDMR Shareholdings: Notification under DTR 3.1.2 (R)

The Company was notified on 15 May 2009 of the following transactions by Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and their Connected Persons.

On 15 May 2009, Justin Barber, Managing Director Air Partner Private Jets, purchased 10,000 shares at 525.5p. Following this transaction Mr Barber has an interest of 30,000 shares representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
