Director Purchases Shares 

The Company announces that on 16 June 2008 Peter Wynter Bee, director, purchased 12,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("shares") at a price of £1.70 per share. He now holds 112,000 shares (representing 0.2% of the issued share capital) of which 50,000 are held in the name of his wife and 12,000 are held by his pension fund.
