SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC ("SRT" or the "Company") Director / PDMR Shareholding

SRT announces that it received notification on 21 April 2011 that Simon Rogers, Chairman of the Company, sold 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 40p per share on 20 April 2011. Following the sale Mr. Rogers holds 13,508,900 ordinary shares representing 12.76 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr. Rogers sold the shares to satisfy institutional demand for the Company's shares in the market.
