DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

Waterman Group plc, a leading engineering and environmental consultancy, announces following notification received yesterday that on the same day Nick Taylor, CEO of the Company, purchased a total of 32,756 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 84.9p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Taylor is now holding a total of 212,525 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.69 per cent. of the total issued share capital of Waterman.
