Brady plc ("the Company") was notified on 30 September 2008 that on that date Patrick Brazel, Non-executive Director, purchased 35,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 41.5 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Brazel holds 147,792 Ordinary Shares representing 0.54% of the Company's issued share capital.
