NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company was advised on 6 April 2009 that on that date, Mr J Sclater, a Director of the Company, bought 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 204.0p per share, representing 0.021% of the Company's issued share capital. 

Following this purchase, Mr Sclater and his connected persons have a total interest of 39,347 shares in the Company representing 0.054% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was also advised on 6 April 2009 that on that date, Mr M Fane, a Director of the Company, bought 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 202.5p per share, representing 0.137% of the Company's issued share capital. 

Following this purchase, Mr Fane had a total interest of 119,250 shares in the Company representing 0.164% of the Company's issued share capital.
