Zegona Communications plc, LSE: ZEG announces that it was notified on 3 August 2016 by Mr Eamonn O'Hare, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, that he had purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 113 pence per share on 3 August 2016.

Mr O'Hare's holding of Ordinary Shares in the Company totals 1,774,999 shares, representing approximately 0.91% of the Company's issued share capital.
