The Company announces that on 15 July 2008 Andrew Woollett, a director of ZincOx Resources plc, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("shares") at a price of £1.33 per share. He now holds 1,775,000 shares (representing 2.29% of the issued share capital) of which 975,000 shares are held in his name and 800,000 shares are held in the name of EFG Reads Trustees Limited.
