Director's Dealing

The Company was notified that Lord Flight, the Non-Executive Interim Chairman of Arden, today purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 54 pence per Ordinary Share. His beneficial interest following this purchase is 123,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.5 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

24,284,773 Ordinary Shares with voting rights has been used as the denominator for the calculations of the interests in the issued Ordinary Share capital of Arden.
