("The Hotel Corporation" or the "Company")

Pursuant to the Placing announced on 10 June 2009, David Craine subscribed for 12,500 Placing Shares at a price of 80 pence per share and not 15,000 Placing Shares as previously stated. Consequently his resultant holding in the Company is 18,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital following the Placing
