Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the attractions design, production and fit-out business, announces that on 20 April 2017, Mark Pyrah, Development Director of the Company, purchased 62,827 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.04775 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Mark Pyrah and persons closely associated with him are beneficially interested in 22,605,148 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
