The Company was informed on 9 June 2016 that Daniel John Kitchen, a Director of the Company, purchased 72,660 shares in the Company at a price of 64.37 pence per share on 8 June 2016 and purchased 21,356 shares in the Company at a price of 64.98 pence per share on 9 June 2016
Following these transactions Daniel John Kitchen holds 561,943 shares in the Company, which represent 0.33% of the ordinary shares in the Company.
