Byotrol plc ('Byotrol' or 'the Company'), the leading AIM listed anti-microbial hygiene company, has today been notified that on 1 July 2013 Nicholas Martel, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has transferred 50,000 shares from MEQ Limited to Martel Northern Limited. Both companies are controlled by Mr Martel.

Following this transfer, Mr Martel's holding in Byotrol shares remains unchanged at 19,693,513 Ordinary Shares (of which 17,693,513 shares are held non-beneficially) representing 13.16 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
