Directors' dealings
Purchase of shares
On 31 August 2010, Mr. Nigel Keen, Chairman of Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell" or the "Company"), informed the Company that he had purchased 10,000 Bioquell ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 100p per Share. Following this purchase Mr. Keen now owns 72,270 Shares, representing approximately 0.2% of the Company's issued Share capital.
On 31 August 2010, Mr. Nicholas Adams, Group Chief Executive of Bioquell, informed the Company that he had purchased 15,000 Shares at a price of 100p per Share. Following this purchase Mr. Adams now owns 810,000 Shares, representing approximately 1.9% of the Company's issued Share capital.
