Stadium Group PLC02 December 2005 STADIUM GROUP PLC ("the Company") Directors' Shareholdings The Company announces that it has been informed that the following sharepurchases took place on 2 December 2005: Kam Verma, Managing Director (Electronics), acquired 15,400 ordinary shares at65 pence per share. Following this purchase he now holds 393,637 shares,representing 1.37% of the issued share capital of the Company. Nigel Rogers, Chief Executive, acquired 15,400 ordinary shares at 65 pence pershare. Following this purchase he now holds 209,055 shares, representing 0.73%of the issued share capital of the Company. Ken Leung, Managing Director (Stadium Asia), acquired 15,400 ordinary shares at65 pence per share. Following this purchase he now holds 190,400 shares,representing 0.67% of the issued share capital of the Company. Nick Brayshaw, Non-executive Director, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares at 66.5pence per share. Following this purchase he now holds 20,000 shares,representing 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
