Notification pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules

Circumstances giving rise to the notification

Today, 27 May 2016, RBT II Trustees Limited, as trustee of the Ram Brewery Trust II, released 11,200 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital under the Company’s profit sharing scheme. The recipient was not a director of the Company.

Notification pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules

As potential beneficiaries of the Ram Brewery Trust II, each of Stephen Goodyear, Torquil Sligo-Young, Peter Whitehead and Patrick Dardis had an interest in the shares held by the trustee of the Ram Brewery Trust II. Each of these director’s interests has been reduced accordingly following today’s notification to the Company.
