The Company announces that it was notified on 18 July 2017 that Luke Farajallah, Chief Operations Officer of the Company that day acquired 70,771 ordinary shares in the company at a price of 34.8p per share.
Mr Farajallah previously held 200,128 shares in the Company and his total holding now amounts to 270,899 shares, and represents 0.13% of the issued share capital.
