The Company has been notified that on 17 November 2011 David Miles, Chief Executive of Mears, acquired a further 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 214.37 pence each.
Following the purchase David Miles now has an interest in 110,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
