The Company was today notified that on 10 December 2013, Director Tony Dyer transferred 7,499 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') into his ISA account.
Mr & Mrs Dyers' total interest in the Company remains unchanged at 308,995 Shares, representing 1.25% of the Company's issued Share capital.
