Director dealing

Richard Stillwell, Non-Executive Director, today informed the Company that his wife had bought 12,500 shares in the Company at 112 pence per share on 24 September 2010.

Following the acquisition of these shares, Richard Stillwell's beneficial interest in Penna shares will be 25,000 shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the outstanding issued share capital of the Company.
