Glen Group PLC28 July 2006 Glen Group plc ("the Company") Director's dealing The Company announces that it was notified today that Graham John Duncan , ChiefExecutive Officer, bought 1,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("OrdinaryShares") today at a price of £0.0065 pence per share. Following this purchase MrDuncan is interested in 22,539,208 Ordinary Shares representing 6.88 per cent.of the issued share capital of the Company. The Company also announces that it was notified today that Peter James Ford ,Non Executive Director, bought 1,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company("Ordinary Shares") today at a price of £0.0065 pence per share. Following thispurchase Mr Ford is interested in 19,732,369 Ordinary Shares representing 6.02per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
