The Company announces that on 5 February 2014, Elaine Bond, a non-executive director of the Company, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 70 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Miss Bond has no on-going beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares.
