Further Increase in Chairman's Shareholding
Further to the announcements of Director's share dealings on 19 September and 22 September 2008, the Company was informed on 22 September 2008 that Mr R Leighton (Chairman of the Company) has further increased his holding with the purchase of another 100,000 Ordinary 1p Shares in the Company. The acquisition was completed yesterday at an average price of 41p per share.
Following the share acquisition, Mr Leighton holds 390,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.78% of the issued share capital.
On 18 September 2008, the Company announced its audited results for the year ended 31 March 2008, showing net assets per share as at the year end of 143p.
