The Company would like to advise that, on 15 March 2011 Allan Bufferd, Non Executive Director, bought 10,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 349p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Bufferd has an interest of 30,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
