Hornby Plc (the "Company") today announces that on 20 June 2012 it was informed of the following transaction in respect of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

John Stansfield, a director of a subsidiary of the Company, acquired 6,555 Ordinary Shares on 20 June 2012 at a price of 78.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction referred to above, John Stansfield holds 114,052 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Nicholas Cole, a director of a subsidiary of the Company, acquired 6,555 Ordinary Shares on 20 June 2012 at a price of 78.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction referred to above, Nicholas Cole holds 37,673 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.10% of the issued share capital of the Company.
