The Company was informed on 8 July 2008 that Mr Roger S Fidgen, a director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of £1.06 per share on 3 July 2008. Following this transaction, Mr Fidgen's beneficial interest has increased to 35,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.1 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
