Director / PDMR Shareholding
Stilo International plc ("Stilo" or the "Company") has been notified that David Ashman, the Company's Chairman and Non Executive Director, today acquired 3,002,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in Stilo at an average price of 2.19 pence per share.
Following this purchase, David Ashman has a beneficial interest in 15,202,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 13.84 percent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
