Keller Group plc announces that on 12 March 2009, Dr Michael West, a director of the Company, transferred 10,000 ordinary 10p shares in the Company to a charitable trust by way of a gift. As a result of this transaction, Dr West now has a beneficial interest in 1,236,200 ordinary 10p shares in the Company, representing 1.9% of the Company's total shares carrying voting rights.
