The Company announces that it received notice on 26 March 2009 from Mr Charles Nicolson, a director and the Chairman of the Company, relating to the following transaction in Ordinary shares of 4p each in the capital of the Company:

Following the above transaction, Mr Nicolson's beneficial interest in the Company's shares is now 742,031 Ordinary shares of 4p each, which is equivalent to 1.35% of the Company's issued share capital.
Additionally, Mr Nicolson is a director of Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited, the Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust, which holds 440,667 Ordinary shares of 4p each in the capital of the Company and is equivalent to 0.80% of the Company's issued share capital.
