IndigoVision Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 20 December 2011, Hamish Grossart, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 255.0 pence per share. Following the transaction, Mr Grossart's beneficial holding in the Company is 418,250 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
