Director/PDMR Shareholding

Stadium Group Plc (AIM: SDM), a leading electronic technologies group, has been notified of the following transactions by Directors, which took place today, 11 September 2013:

Nick Brayshaw, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 50 pence each. These shares were purchased in the name of Mr Brayshaw's SIPP. As a result of this transaction, Mr Brayshaw is interested in 162,727 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.55% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Charlie Peppiatt, Chief Executive, purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 45 pence each. Following this notification, Mr Peppiatt now has a total beneficial interest in 15,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Joanne Estell, Finance Director, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at price of 45 pence each. Following this notification, Ms Estell now has a total beneficial interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Stadium's capital consists of 29,557,398 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
