Directors / PDMR interests in shares
Care UK announces that Michael Parish, Chief Executive, Michael Averill, Non-Executive Director and Mark Hunt, Managing Director Healthcare have elected to re-invest dividends in market purchases of further shares rather than be taken in cash pursuant to the Dividend Re-investment Plan ("DRIP") introduced on 19 December, 2008.
The following purchases were made pursuant to the DRIP on 17 February 2010:
