For immediate release 27 April 2006 Mondas Plc ("Mondas" or the "Company") Director's shareholdings The Company has today been informed that, on 26 April 2006, Peter Waller,non-executive chairman, purchased 8,000 Mondas ordinary shares of 10p each("Ordinary Shares"), at 19.5p per share, equivalent to 0.02 per cent. of theissued ordinary share capital of Mondas. Mr Waller is now beneficiallyinterested in 108,000 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 0.30 per cent. of theissued ordinary share capital of the Company.ENDMONDAS PLC
