Awards of Shares at nil cost under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') were made on 12 May 2017 to Directors/PDMRs as detailed below. The LTIP provides Directors and executive management with Shares awarded on a conditional basis as determined by the Board's Remuneration Committee. These awards will vest in 2020, subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions as explained in the Group's Annual Report, and the Shares will then be subject to a further holding period of two years and will be released in 2022.Â
