Waterman Group PLC05 June 2006 Waterman Group plc ("the Company") Directors Shareholdings The Company was today informed that Mr Craig WK Beresford, a director of theCompany, sold 9,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of £1.45 per share on2 June 2006.
