The Company was informed on 4 March 2010 that, on 3 March 2010, Nik Philpot, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 5 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Philpot has a beneficial interest in 2,602,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.3 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
